    • 1/2 bunch mint
    • 2 cups granulated sugar
    • 5-6 cups of water
  • For Strawberry Juice Concentrate:
    • 600 g strawberries
    • 3 cups hot water
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 3-4 small teeth lemon salt
  • To Decorate :
    • strawberry slices
    • lemon slices
