For preparing the zucchini wrap; first, peel 1 medium-sized zucchini and 1 medium-sized carrot and grate them using the coarse side of a grater. Squeeze the water out of the grated zucchini well and place it into a deep bowl. Add the grated carrot on top.
Then, crack 2 eggs over the ingredients. After that, add 2 tablespoons strained yogurt, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper according to your taste. Ensure all ingredients are well mixed. We did not use flour in the recipe. But if necessary, you can use about 1-2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour or oat flour.
On the other side, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the prepared zucchini mixture onto the tray and spread it with a spatula, making sure it is neither too thick nor too thin. Place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until the bottom and top are lightly browned. After the zucchini wrap is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool on the side. Then, flip the zucchini wrap, and place white cheese, lettuce, and dill on the edge. You can also add tomato slices, parsley, and arugula, if desired. Finally, tightly roll the zucchini wrap into a roll shape.
Cut the prepared zucchini wrap in half and serve.

This recipe is ready in approximately 35 minutes. It requires 10 minutes of preparation and 25 minutes of cooking time. Yield: for 2 servings.
