Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium-sized deep saucepan and melt it. Put 2 tablespoons of flour on the melted butter. Roast the flour until it smells. The glass size I used in the recipe is 200 ml.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the roasted flour. Cook until the smell of tomato paste comes out. Then, put 1 glass of tomato puree in to the pot and stir well. Then pour 3 and a half glasses of water on the mixture and mix it well with the help of a wire whisk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomato soup boils.
Finally, pour 1 tea glass (110 ml) of milk into the boiling tomato soup and stir again. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Keep to boil one more time again and then turn off the stove.
Tomatoo soup is ready. You can serve hot. If the consistency of the soup is thick, you can add a little more hot water or milk and increase the consistency.
