Grate the lemon shells in a large and deep bowl. Chop the mint leaves. Then add 2 cups sugar and knead 10 minutes.
Then squeeze the lemon juices and pour into to the mixture. Add 5-6 cups water and stir well. Leave it into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then, drain with wire strainer.
Decorate pieces of ice and mint leaves and serve cold.
