For preparing the quick apple tart; first, place 125 g of butter at room temperature in a deep bowl. Add 1 egg (50 g), 1/4 cup of oil (55 ml), 10 tablespoons of granulated sugar (150 g), and 1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g). Then, gradually add half a packet of baking powder (5 g) and 3 water glasses of flour (300 g) to the mixture. Knead until you get a soft dough that does not stick to your hand. Separate one-third of the prepared tart dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest in the deep freezer for about 25 minutes.
On the other side, peel and grate about 1 kg of apples (1000 g) and place them in a wide pan. Add 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar (75 g) over them. Cook, stirring constantly, until the apples release and then absorb their water. You can reduce or increase the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of the apple. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (3 g) and 1 water glass of finely chopped walnuts (90 g) to the apples that have absorbed their water. Then, mix all the ingredients well. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
Then, lightly grease the bottom and sides of a medium rectangular glass baking dish. Take the dough into the baking dish and spread it evenly on the base with your hand. Prick the dough with a fork, and pour and spread the cooled apple filling over the dough. Finally, grate the dough that you took out of the deep freezer over the apple filling. Place it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius. Bake under control for about 40 minutes until the top is well-browned.
After the quick apple tart is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Then, you can slice and serve it. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top if desired.
