Wash strawberries and tear off the stems. Then put into a deep saucepan. Add hot water. Leave to simmer over medium heat.
Get the foam on the water during boiling. Then, add sugar and lemon salt (or lemon juice)and stir. Boil one more time.
As you wish you can add more sugar in order to get a sweeter taste.
When the strawberry juice is boiled enough, get it from stove. Close the lid of the saucepan. Leave to rest at least one hour. Finally, filter strawberry juice with a fine strainer. Serve cold with ice particles.
If you taste the strawberry is more sweetened that you wish, you can add cold water in order to adjust its taste.
