For the brussels sprouts in the pan; clean the outer leaves of half a kilo of brussels sprouts and cut the head slightly without going too deep. If you cut the head parts from the root, the leaves are separated. Then soak in vinegar water for about half an hour, draining it.
Cut the brussels sprouts in half longitudinally. Then put the brussels sprouts in a bowl. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil on top. Then add 1 teaspoon of red chili pepper, 1 teaspoon of red powdered pepper, half a teaspoon of black pepper and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix the brussels sprouts nicely with your hands, along with the spices and oil.
Finally, put the brussels sprouts with the sauce in a large pan . Close the lid of the pan. Cook over medium low heat until the bottoms of the brussels sprouts are lightly browned. Then turn the brussels sprouts over and sprinkle half a teaspoon of garlic powder on them. Close the lid of the ceiling again and make the other side blush.
You can serve brussels sprouts hot or warm with yogurt sauce.
