    Savory Breakfast Muffins (12 Pieces)

    Ingredients :

    • 2 eggs
    • 110 ml milk
    • 110 ml oil
    • 110 ml yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
    • 15 g baking soda
    • 2 cups of flour
    • 100 g feta cheese
    • 1 small red capia pepper
    • 1 pinch of parsley
    • 1 pinch of dill

    Preparation :

    Crack 2 eggs into a deep bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar to it and stir well at least 2 minutes with the help of a wire whisk. Then add 110 ml oil, 110 ml milk, 110 ml yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of salt to the container and mix well with the help of a wire whisk again. You can adjust the amount of salt according to the salt content of your cheese. The cup size I used in the recipe is 200 ml. Tea cup size is 110 ml.

    Then sift 300 g flour and 15 g baking powder into the bowl. Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk until you get a smooth consistency. Then add 100 g of finely chopped white cheese, 1 red capia pepper cut into small cubes, 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley and 1 pinch of finely chopped dill on the dough. Mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spatula.

    Divide the salty muffin batter you prepared on the other side equally into the muffin molds. If desired, you can also make the dough in a cake mold or a small pyrex. Put the muffins into a preheated 170 degree oven. Cook in a controlled manner for about 30 minutes.You can test whether muffins are ready or not by inserting a toothpick.
