For making sauteed chicken with honey and mustard; First of all, cut the 600 g chicken breast fillet into slices that are not too thick. Then, cut finger-length julienne.
Then place a medium-sized large saucepan on the stove. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan and heat it. Add the chopped chicken meat to the heated oil. Cook chicken meat with stirring occasionally until it tenders.
After the chicken is cooked, put 2 tablespoons of mustard and 2 tablespoons of honey on it. Cook on medium low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, add a little more than half a pack of milk cream. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken with honey mustard. If desired, you can increase the amount of milk cream a little more. Keep cooking with stirring the sauce until it has a slightly thick consistency.
You can serve the honey mustard sauteed chicken.
