Ingredients: 125 gr minced meat; 2 medium zucchini; 1-2 pieces green pepper; 1 medium onion; 2 cloves garlic; 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste; 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil; 1 cup hot water; 2-3 pinch of dill; Salt; Black pepper

Ingredients :

125 gr minced meat
2 medium zucchini
1-2 pieces green pepper
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup hot water
2-3 pinch of dill
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation :

Cut onion and green peppers into mini cube. Chop the garlic. Peel the zucchini and cut into big cubes.

Put olive oil into a deep saucepan. Add chopped onions and green peppers. Stir 3-4 minutes. Then, put minced meat into the saucepan. Cook with stirring at least 2-3 minutes. Add tomato sauce and stir 1-2 minutes again. Finally, put chopped zucchini and garlic. Pour hot water into the saucepan. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Stir one more time. Cover the lid. Cook over low heat until 35-40 minutes.

When the zucchini with minced meat meal is cooked, remove from heat. Put the zucchini with minced meat onto serving plate. Decorate dill and serve hot.
