    Spicy Mexican Sauce Recipe

    Ingredients :

      • 2 cups grated tomatoes
      • 1/2 tsp tomato paste
      • 1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce
      • 1-1.5 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
      • 1 small onion
      • 1 clove garlic
      • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
      • 1 sugar cube
      • Thyme, basil
      • Salt

    Preparation :

    Peel the onion and garlic. Put the onion and garlic into food processor, break apart.

    Then, put grated tomatoes, hot pepper sauce, spices, olive oil, tomato paste and pepper paste into the food processor. Puree thoroughly.

    Put tomato mixture a deep pan. Add the sugar and salt. Close the lid of the pan and allow to boil. Then turn down the bottom of the stove. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

    Mexican sauce can be served hot or cold.
