Put hot water into the saucepan. Sprinkle a little salt. Put pasta and boil until tender.
On the other hand, put the minced meat into a small bowl. Break the eggs to the bowl. Put grated onion, bread crumbs, salt and spices. Blend by your hand. Take small pieces from the mixture. Roll it in your hand. Then, put the small meatballs into heated oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
For tomato sauce; put butter into a pan. Put cubes chopped tomatoes and grated onions into the pan. Sprinkle a little salt and basil. Cook with stirring at least 5 minutes.
Put cooked meatballs onto the tomato sauce. Stir 1 minute again.
Drain the water of boiled pasta. Add the lamb meatballs in tomato sauce mixture onto pasta and mix well.
Place the spaghetti with lamb meatballs in tomato sauce into a serving dish. Serve hot.
