Before starting to prepare dessert, place shredded wheat into the refrigerator at least 2 hours. These makes shredded wheat more crunchy. At the end of 2 hours place out shredded wheat into refrigerator and cut into small pieces as shown at photos.
Then put the butter in a large pan, melt. Add shredded wheat and sugar on it. Cook until browned. Then add the walnut pieces. Mixed with a help of spoon and then remove from heat and leave to cool.
For pudding of dessert, put milk, eggs, sugar, flour and starch into a deep pan and stir nicely. Then put the pan onto stove and cook with stirring constantly until it gets thick consistency. When you get a thick consistency, add the vanilla custard and stir again. Remove the pan from stove and leave to cool.
Put the milk cream over the cooled custard, and stir one more time.
Put the half of cooked shredded wheat into the cups. Then add pudding. Not fill the cups fully. Place the cups with pudding into the refrigerator for one hour.
Before serving the dessert, add cooked shredded wheat onto pudding at cups as shown at photos. Serve cold.
