Wash the chicken meats and drain. Then, put chopped chicken into a large bowl. Add milk, olive oil, salt, cumin and thyme and mix with your hands. Leave to rest for 1 hour in refrigerator.

On the other hand, cut red pepper and spring onion julienne. Put olive oil into a saucepan, heat. Add chopped peppers onto, cook for 1-2 minutes. Then, add fresh onion leaves onto peppers and sauté for 3-4 times.
Finally, put 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon olive oil into a little bowl and mix. Put cooked chicken meat into a deep serving dish. Add sauteed green pepper onion mixture onto the chicken meats.
Pour soy sauce mixture onto prepared fresh onions sauteed chicken. Serve hot.
