Ingredients :

Small slice white cheese
1 small paprika pepper
1 green pepper
Thyme, red pepper flakes
Salt

Preparation :

Wash the peppers, remove seeds. Cut into rings.

On the other hand, put chopped peppers into a medium sized pan. Add oil onto peppers. Sauté for 1 minute. Put roasting onto the peppers. Add chopped into tiny cubes feta cheese onto pan. Sprinkle thyme and paprika on them. Break the egg in the middle and cook.

Remove cooked roasting beef with egg from heat. Serve hot.
