    Minced Meat And Garnish With Vermicelli Pilaf Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 1 cup vermicelli or barley noodles
    • 5-6 tablespoons garnish
    • 80 g minced meat
    • 1 small tomato
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 green pepper
    • Salt
    • Black pepper

    Preparation :

    Put the noodles into a deep saucepan. Put onto enough water, cook. Optionally you can saute noodles with olive oil.

    On the other hand, put minced meat into a pan. Saute for 1 minute. Then, add finely chopped onion and green pepper, saute for 5-6 minutes. Add chopped into cubes tomato. Sauté for 3 minutes. Finally, add salt, black pepper and garnish. Stir 2-3 times.

    Put minced meat mixture on to cooked noodles and stir. Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Then put into a serving dish and serve hot.
