Put minced meat in a deep bowl. Break 1 egg on it. Chop parsley finely and grate one onion. Add chopped parsley and grated onion into it. Then add bread crumbs, salt and spices. Knead the mixture thoroughly.
Then create small balls with your hand. Fry in hot oil.
Put oil in a large pot. Add chopped onion. Sauté until brown. Add tomato paste and stir 1 minute.
Then, add fried meatballs and garnish (cooked before). Stir for a while. Finally, put the hot water, cook on low heat at least 20 minutes.
Take the meatballs with vegetables on to a serving plate. Serve hot.
