Firstly, boil the lentil in water until tender.
Put the butter in a deep saucepan, melt. Add the olive oil and the chopped onions. Saute 2 minutes over medium heat. Then, put the couscous. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Finally, lentils, hot water and salt. Once mix. Cover the lid. Cook over low heat until water is absorbed.
After, your lentil couscous is cooked, remove from heat. Put paper towel on the saucepan. Close the cover. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
Put the lentil with couscous pilaf into a serving dish. Serve hot.
