Put tomato puree into a pan. Add butter, black pepper and 1/4 cup water onto. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
On the other hand, pita cut into mini cubes. Place pita bread on a serving dish. Cook sujuk into a large pan.
Then, pour the tomato sauce onto pita bread. Put the sujuk onto pita. Garnish with roasted peppers and tomatoes.
