Wash the red pepper and dry thoroughly.
Then, line them up to the baking tray with grease-proof paper. Bake in the preheated 200 degree oven. Roast approximately 30-35 minutes.
Remove roasted peppers from oven and let cool. Then peel the shells. Remove the stalks. Longitudinal, cut with a knife. Remove the seeds inside.
Pack the red peppers into small freezer containers or freezer bags, removing as much air as possible. Then, store in the freezer.
When you use the roasted red peppers, remove from freezer. Thaw the fridge. Roasted red peppers can be served in salads or soups.
