Put cheese into a deep bowl. Mash with the help of fork and mix it.
Add grated garlic, finely chopped dill and fresh mint into the bowl. Then, add olive oil, red pepper, pistachios, sliced almonds and walnuts. Mix them for a while.
Take small pieces from the mixture. Roll it in your hand. Finally, put cheese balls covered walnut into walnuts and pistachios. Put cheese balls on a serving plate and serve.
