Put hot water into the saucepan. Sprinkle a little salt. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil . Put couscous pasta and boil until tender.
On the other hand, cut red pepper and pickles into mini cubes. Finely chop parsley and dill. Grate carrot.
Drain the water of boiled couscous pasta. Then stir for a while and 5 minutes leave to cool.
Put the couscous pasta a deep bowl. Add chopped pepper, pickles, canned corn and grated carrot. Put finely chopped parsley and dill. Finally, sprinkle a little salt. Pour olive oil and lemon juice onto couscous salad. Mix well.
Place the couscous salad into a serving dish and serve.
