    Bruschetta Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 4 slices multigrain bread
    • 1 roasted eggplant
    • 1 red onion
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tomato
    • Olive Oil
    • Salt and black pepper

    Preparation :

    Cut eggplant, tomato and onion into mini cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Put chopped eggplant, tomato and onion into a bowl. Add garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper onto and mix.

    On the other hand, heat the bread slices into toaster. Put the eggplant mixture onto the bread.

    Serve the bruschetta, immediately.
