Wash the meat. Chop green onions, parsley, mint and dill.
Then put meat in a deep saucepan. Pour the olive oil onto. Saute over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Then, add the tomato paste. 2-3 times mix. Finally, add 2-2,5 cups hot water and chopped greens onto meats. Cover the lid and cook over low heat until meat is tender. Then, sprinkle salt and black pepper.
When the boned lamb stew cooked, remove from heat. Serve hot.
