For bolognese sauce; finely chop onion, green pepper and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Grate the carrot.
Put olive oil into a pan. Add chopped onions. Cook with stirring at least 2-3 minutes. Then, put chopped green pepper, garlic and bay leaf. Cook at least 2 minutes. Add grated carrot and minced meat. Cook with stirring at least 5 minutes. Finally, put chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook with stirring at least 3-4 minutes again.
Put the bolognese sauce into a serving plate. Serve the bolognese sauce with pasta.
