Firstly, prepare your dessert syrup.
For the syrup: Put water and sugar in a saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn down the bottom after boiling syrup. Boil for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice into the syrup. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove syrup from heat, leave to cool.
On the other hand, put butter into a deep bowl. Break the egg yolk onto. Put egg white into a bowl. Then, put vegetable oil, powdered sugar, semolina and baking powder onto. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Then, add flour little by little. Remold till you get a dough doesn"t stick to your hand.
On the other hand, put egg white and poppy seed into bowls. Get the dough into walnut-sized pieces. Roll in your hands. Put them firstly to the egg white then cover with poppy seed. Then put it in a greased baking tray. Place an almond onto dessert. Give a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes.
Remove cooked dessert from the oven . After 1 minute, pour the cold syrup onto dessert with a scoop.
Leave to rest the dessert 15-20 minutes in syrup. Then, serve.
