    Yoghurt and Cucumber Tzatziki Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 4 almonds (tiny cucumber)
    • 6 tablespoons yogurt
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 1 clove garlic
    • Salt
    • Dried mint

    Preparation :

    Wash the cucumbers and dry with paper towels. Then, grate the cucumbers.

    Put yoghurt into a small bowl. Stir the yogurt with a fork. Pour water onto and mix well. Then, add grated cucumbers, garlic and salt onto. Mix well.

    Leave the yoghurt and cucumber tzatziki to rest into refrigerator for 30-35 minutes. Finally, sprinkle mint onto the yoghurt and cucumber tzatziki. Mix with a spoon and serve cold.
