First, put 1 lemon and 1 orange in the freezer the night before. (You can wrap the lemon and orange in a bag to prevent odor).
The next day, take the lemon and orange out of the freezer and rinse once. Let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Chop the lemon and orange into cubes. Put them in a food processor.
Add 1 and a half cups of sugar to the chopped orange and lemon. Process in the food processor until the orange and lemon are thoroughly crushed. You can adjust the sugar according to your taste.
Transfer the puree of lemon and orange from the food processor into a deep bowl. Add 3 liters of water and 1 teaspoon of lemon salt, and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes this way. Stir occasionally to ensure the sugar is completely dissolved. You can use a small lemon juice instead of lemon salt.
Finally, strain the lemon mixture through a fine sieve or preferably cheesecloth. Then leave it to cool in the refrigerator.
You can serve 3 liters of lemonade prepared from 1 lemon and 1 orange cold.
