Let stand puff pastries until softened if you get from the refrigerator. Then, as shown at photo 2, cut from every corner to the middle with a knife.
Put 1-2 pieces of butter at the center of puff pastries. Then, put a cheddar cheese and sausage into slices. Subsequently, as shown at photo from 4 to 7, connect the ends of puff pastries to the middle. Apply the same process for the other puff pastry.
Put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Apply egg yolk on. Cook at preheated 180 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Finally, put a serving dish. Serve hot or warm with a tea or coffee.
