    Turkish Alinazik Kebab Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 1 kg eggplant or 1 canned roasted eggplant
    • 400 g cubed chopped meat
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
    • Optionally 1 tomato
    • 3-4 tablespoons yogurt
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • Salt
    • Black pepper

    Preparation :

    Put the meat into the saucepan and cook.

    Put butter onto cooked meat. Sauté 2 minutes. Then, add the tomato paste, stir 2-3 times. Add 1 cup water, finely chopped tomatoes, salt and black pepper onto. Cook for 5 minutes.

    On the other hand, roasted to eggplant on the stove or in the oven. Optionally you can also use canned eggplant.

    Then, chopped eggplant into a bowl. Add yogurt, salt and grated 1-2 cloves garlic onto. Mix well. Put the eggplant mixture into a serving dish. Put the prepared meat mixture in the middle. Serve hot.
