Peel the tomatoes and grate into a bowl.
Put butter into a deep saucepan. Leave to melt. Add flour into the saucepan, stir 1 minute. Then, add tomato taste and grated tomatoes. Mix well with a wire whisk to clumping. Pour water into the saucepan and cook the soup until thickened.
Finally, add milk, salt and black pepper into the soup. Boil with stirring 1-2 times. When the tomato soup is cooked, remove from heat. The tomato soup drain with wire strainer.
Pour the tomato soup into bowls. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese onto the soup and serve hot.
