Put the 1 filo pastry on the kitchen counter. Apply tahini with a brush onto the filo pastry. Then each side of the granulated sugar and sprinkle walnut. Put onto a filo pastry. Apply tahini with a brush onto the filo pastry again, sprinkle with powdered sugar and walnuts. Wrap filo pastry rolls and cut side by side with a knife. Follow the same procedure for all the other filo pastry.
Then, put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Cook at preheated 150 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Then get tahini walnut dessert from oven and leave to cool. Finally, sprinkle powdered sugar onto the tahini walnut dessert and serve.
