Put the eggs in a small saucepan. Cover with water to 1 inch above eggs. Boil eggs. Remove from heat. Drain the water of boiled eggs. Then, leave to cool eggs.
Peel the boiled eggs. Cut in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks.
Put egg yolks into a bowl. Add finely chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and spices onto. Mash them with the fork. Fill the yolk mixture again with teaspoon into egg white.
Put stuffed egg a serving dish. Sprinkle red pepper flakes onto and serve.
