Put milk into a deep saucepan. Add egg and sugar onto and beat well. Then, put starch, flour and coconut. Cook until thickened stirring constantly. Finally, add the vanilla, remove from heat.
Put the cooked pudding into the cups.
For strawberry pudding sauce; remove strawberries stems and wash. Then put the strawberries into a food processor and puree. Put strawberry puree a large into the pan. Add powdered sugar and starch onto. Cook for about 5 minutes. Take cooked strawberry sauce from the stove and leave to cool.
Pour strawberry sauce onto the pudding.
Leave to cool strawberry pudding for 2-3 hours in the fridge. Garnish with whipped cream onto and serve.
