Extract sour cherry stalks and wash.
Put the water and granulated sugar into a deep saucepan. Put on the stove. Stir until sugar dissolves over medium heat. Then, add sour cherry and lemon juice into the saucepan. Boil 1-2 times. Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature.
Finally, leave sour cherry compote in the refrigerator. Pour the sour cherry compote with the cherry items into bowls. Serve cold.
Keeps in the fridge for at least a week.
