Firstly, prepare your dessert syrup.
For the syrup : Put water and sugar in a saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn down the bottom after boiling syrup. Boil for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice into the syrup. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove syrup from heat, leave to cool.
On the other hand, take shredded wheat longitudinal slices (set to be rectangular). Put one teaspoon walnut (follow the insructions at photo 4). Wrap tightly in roll form (follow the insructions at photo 5-6-7).
Break eggs into a large bowl and beat well. The shredded wheat, cover with egg (Do not tighten with your hands absolutely). Fry in hot oil.
Get fried shredded wheat dessert from oil. Take into the cold syrup. Let stand for about 1 minute. Then strain, remove it. Sprinkle with green powder peanuts onto shredded wheat dessert and serve hot.
