Shepherd"s Salad Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 large tomato
  • 3-4 tiny cucumbers
  • 4-5 tiny sweet green peppers
  • 1 small red onion or white onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

Cut the tomato, cucumbers, red onion and green peppers into 1/2-inch cubes.

Put chopped the vegetables into a deep bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt into a small bowl. Mix with spoon. Then, pour the souce onto the shepherd"s salad. Mix well.

Put the shepherd" s salad into a serving plate. Put a square piece of feta cheese on the center of the salad. Sprinkle Nigella seeds on top and serve. If you like, decorate with a few sprigs of parsley.
