Put a large pan on the stove and heat. Add meats onto. Saute with its own water for 2-3 minutes over high heat. If necessary, add water onto meats.
Then, add chopped the onion and garlic onto meats. Cook 7-8 minutes. Put chopped green pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes. Finally, add chopped into mini cubes tomato onto meats. Cook 20-25 minutes over low heat. Put salt and spices and stir 1-2 times. Then remove from heat.
Put shepherds kebab into a serving plate. Serve with rice pilaf and fried potatoes.
