Put water, milk and sugar into a deep saucepan. Mix and boil.
On the other hand, put the butter into a deep saucepan, melt. Then, add the pine nuts. Saute for 1 minute. Then, put the semolina. Constantly, mix until brown on medium heat.
Pour boiled hot milk syrup onto the semolina, slowly. Stir constantly over the stove. Cook the halva until water is absorbed. Remove semolina halva from heat. Close the lid of the pot. Leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the semolina halva hot.
