Cut each cocktail sausages into 4 pieces. Then add tomato paste into an deep saucepan, a cup water and 1/2 tablespoon margarine. Stir and leave it to boil.
When the sauce starts boiling, add sausages into it. A few minutes later, add ketchup. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
When the sausages with tomato sauce is ready, take it from the stove. Season with some mint. Serve hot.
As you wish, you can prefer tomato instead of tomato paste.
