Put a large pan on the stove. Pour olive oil onto and heat. Then, add minced meat. Stir 5 minutes with the help of a spatula or spoon.
Then, add finely chopped onion onto the minced meat. Let them cook until they absorb all the water.
Finally, add the salt and black pepper and mix well. Set aside. Let cool to room temperature. Put the roasted minced meat into a bowl. Cover the bowl. Store the roasted minced meat in the refrigerator. Remove and add to dishes as needed.
