Remove puff pastry refrigerator, let stand until softened. On the other hand, put cheese into a small bowl and stir.
Cut two fingers thick from one side of puff pastry and create a rectangle. Then cut into triangles as shown at photo two. Then cut small pieces for the green part of the carrot. As a summary, follow the insructions at photo two.
Dip with a fork at several parts in order not to puff much.
Then, put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Cook at preheated 180 degree oven untill lightly browned.
Then get it from oven and leave to cool. Later, put labneh (mild cream cheese) into pastries. Decorate grated carrots and parsley and serve.
