Let stand puff pastries until softened if you get from the refrigerator. On the other hand, put the cheese in to a deep bowl and mix.
Cut puff pastry into two pieces. Then cut one of them with heart shaped. (with the help cookie cutter). Then cut it again with a smaller heart shaped cookie cutter. Now we get the frame part. On the other hand, crawl the white of egg onto the other piece of flat puff pastry. Put the heart shaped part on it. Crawl yolk on the frame surface. Dip with a fork at several parts in order not to puff much.
Put the pastries onto a oven tray with greaseproof paper. Cook at preheated 180 degree oven untill lightly browned. Then get it from oven and put labneh (mild cream cheese) into pastries. Put cherry tomato slices on the middle of labneh and put in the oven again. Cook not more then 5 minutes.
Finally, put a serving dish. Serve hot or warm with a tea or coffee.
