Put granulated sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and mix them.
Then, take a piece of puff pastry. Apply the cinnamon mixture to the both side of puff pastry. Then sprinkle crushed walnuts on both sides. Finally, roll the puff pastry from both side to the middle, carefully as shown at the photos.
Put the rolled puff pastries in to the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Then take them from refrigerator and slice them with 3 cm width. Press on the pieces lightly with your hand to provide layers be adhesion.
Put a wax paper on oven tray, then put the puff pastry cinnamon slices on oven tray. Take the oven tray in to the preheated 180-degree oven, and cook until its color turns golden brown.
Finally, take the baked puff pastry cinnamon crisps from oven and leave them to be cool. Then, you can serve them with a soft coffee or tea.
