    Profiteroles With Unsalted Bread Recipe

    Ingredients :

    • 1 package unsalted bread (12 pieces)
    • For pudding:
    • 1 liter milk
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 75 g powdered whipped cream
    • Optionally 5 g vanilla
    • For Chocolate Sauce:
    • 1 package chocolate sauce
    • 2 cups milk

    Preparation :

    Firstly, divide the unsalted bread into small pieces. Then, share it into cups.

    On the other hand put the milk into a deep saucepan. Add the flour and sugar onto. Stirring constantly, and cook until thickened.

    Add powdered whipped cream onto cooked pudding, mix thoroughly. Then, share onto unsalted bread.

    On the other hand, put 2 cups milk into a deep saucepan. Pour the chocolate sauce onto. Cook until thickened. Then take from stove, leave to cool.

    Then, share the chocolate sauce onto the pudding. Leave to cool in the refrigerator.

    Garnish with peanuts or coconut and serve cold.
