Peel potatoes, put into a saucepan. Add water onto and boil until tender. Then, drain the water. Mash them well with a fork.
On the other hand, finely chop the onion. Put into a large pan. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil onto. Saute for 7-8 minutes. Then, put the mashed potatoes onto and cook until 1 minute.
Place filo dough on the kitchen counter. Divided into two. Cut 4 inch thick into long strips. Put olive oil and water in to a small bowl, mix. Place strips of filo dough on the counter. Brush strips lightly with oil mixture. Place the potato mixture on the bottom of the strip. Add a small amount grated kashar cheese onto. Fold the end of the pastry over the filling making a triangular shape and continue folding up the strip to the top, alternating diagonal and straight folds to maintain the triangular shape. Repeat with the rest of the pastry and mixture until all is used up.
Place triangle shaped pastry into oven tray. Apply egg yolk. Sprinkle black seed. Give a preheated 180 degree oven. Cook until golden brown.
Remove cooked potato triangle shaped pastry from the oven. Serve hot.
