    Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly. Then slice the potatoes.

    Then follow the insructions at photos 5-6.

    Cook each side of the potato in hot oil. Remove and drain on paper towels. Then, put a serving dish. Served with ketchup and mayonnaise.
