Put the water in a deep pan. Add salt and vinegar into the water, let it boil.
For sauce of poached egg, put yogurt into a large pan. Add a small amount of salt. Stir until smooth. Spread the sauce on a serving plate.
After the water is boiled, turn down the bottom of the stove. Break the first egg into the hot water. Cook without stirring for 3 minutes. Then take the egg from hot water with the help of a perforated bucket. Place into the yogurt. Follow the same process in the other eggs.
Put into a small amount of olive oil and red pepper into a pan. Heat the oil. Then pour over poached egg. As you wish you can sprinkle mint on a poached egg. It can be served cold or warm.
