Put filo dough on the kitchen counter. Sprinkle green powder pistachios and granulated sugar on each side of filo dough. Add clotted cream into small pieces onto. Then fold the filo dough in the form of envelopes.
Put 1/2 tablespoons butter into a large pan, melt. Then put the dough into the pan, fry both sides.
Put cooked pistachio dessert onto a serving plate and slice. Sprinkle green powder pistachio onto. Serve.
