Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add milk, baking powder and flour. Stir with mixer or wire whisk until smooth and fluid consistency. Add two teaspoons granulated sugar and salt and stir again.
Put oil onto the pancake (crepe) pan. Heat over high heat. Get a small scoop of pancake mix (not completely fill) and pour into the pan. When dough begins to form pores, turn the other side with the help of a spatula. Cook the other side for a while.
If your crepe pan is not a small enough, you can use a medium sized pan. But use only the middle of the pan. Do not spread the pancake dough onto the base of the pan. Just pour a small amount dough and pour at the middle of the pan and cook.
Then take the cooked pancakes on a serving plate. As you wish you can pour honey, cherry jam or some fruit marmalades on pancakes. Serve hot or cold.
